What it does

Open a PDF and change it: retype a paragraph of the PDF's own text in place, type new text anywhere, place images and your signature, add dates and check marks, and cover mistakes with white-out. Everything happens in your browser.

How it works

  1. Choose the PDF you want to change.
  2. Tap Edit text and pick a paragraph to retype, or pick Text, Image, Sign or White-out and tap the page.
  3. Download the edited PDF with a PDF Tower plan.

Good to know

  • Retyping works on paragraphs of Latin-alphabet text that are part of the PDF itself. The new text keeps the paragraph's place, width, size and colour. Scans, text in other scripts and some complex layouts can't be retyped; add text on top instead.
  • White-out hides what is under it on the page, but the original text is still inside the file. To remove private information, use Redact.
